Do you do fully custom designs?

Unfortunately, we are unable to create fully custom designs at the moment.

Can I make a minor change, such as a color adjustment?

Color changes are not possible, but we can hep with embellishments like gold or colored foil.

What is included in the consultation?

The consultation is a chance for us to learn more about you as a couple and your invitation needs. If you haven’t settled on a design yet, we can walk you through our options and be a sounding board. If you would like to order bilingual wedding invitations but are not familiar with the translation, we can break it down for you and show you how you recognize important details, such as your family names and your birth order.

When are payments due?

A deposit of $100 is required after you approve your quote. If you choose to move forward with the printing process, the deposit will be applied to your balance. If for some reason you do not move ahead and we cannot help find a solution, we will refund you $75 of your deposit.

Do you have free samples?

We have a few samples that can be sent upon request.

Do you have digital-only invitations?

At the moment we do not have digital-only invitations for purchase. If you need a digital version of your invitation to send as a reminder to your guests, let us know and we can add it to your invitation order.

Do you ship internationally?

Depends on where. Please let us know where you live so we can look into accommodating you.
